16. LEAVE AND LIBERTY (CONT'D):
For purposes of regulating liberty, each enlisted man is assigned to one of four sections. Each day one or more sections shall be designated the duty section. Those men not in the duty section are entitled to liberty outside of working hours. Special liberty forms for enlisted personnel are available at the Landing Chief's office, and must be signed by the section leader, division petty officer, division officer, department head, Leading Chief, Personnel Officer, and Executive Officer. Shore Leave forms for officers may be picked up in the squadron Personnel Office.
17. LEGAL: INSURANCE AND BONDS OFFICER:
A Legal Officer, Benefits and Insurance Officer, and Savings Bonds Officer especially trained in the work are attached to the squadron to assist all personnel in matters of this nature.
18. LIBRARY:
The library is located east of the Navy Exchange. The hours are 0800 to 1600 and 1800 to 2200 Monday through Friday; 1330 to 1600 and 1800 to 2200 Saturday and Sunday.
19. MAIL AND POST OFFICE:
The NAS Post Office is located on Lexington and Yorktown. It is open daily from 0800 to 1600 and Saturday from 0800 to 1200. The money order facilities are closed daily at 1400 and all day Saturday.
Mail call at the squadron mail room is 1030 to 1100 and 1515 to 1545. An additional mail call is held at
Barracks #64 from 1800 to 1815 daily. Saturday mail call is from 1130 to 1145 at Barracks #64, and no mail is
delivered on Sunday.

20. MESS HALL:
The mess hall is located on Enterprise between Yorktown and Boxer. Mixed uniforms are allowed on week days and a special dungaree line is maintained on Sundays and holidays. Early chow passes are issued at the Duty Office.
