VW-1 2013 reunion Plan of the Week.
 
Time Monday, April 15
1200 - 1800 Registration & pictures with luncheon & dinner buffet.
1200 - 1900 Ships Stores will be open, also Keg of Beer, Coffee, Iced Tea and Continual Buffet will be available. $20.00 per person. This will include hospitality Room entire 4 days w/keg beer, iced tea & coffee.
1800 - 1815 Brief Orientation Meeting. Free time after the Meeting
2300 Meeting room is closed
 
Time Tuesday, April 16
0700 - 2300 Hospitality room open for visiting . Beer, Coffee & Iced Tea will be available.
0630 - 0900 Full breakfast for two per suite.
0830 - 1430 Pima Air and Space Museum     Boneyard Tour,    
OR (select only one)
0900 - 1400 Tour of Tucson, followed by Shopping. Lunch NOT included. Cost $30.00 per person.
1400 - 2300 Free time after tours are completed. Dinner on your own.
 
Time Wednesday, April 17
0630 - 0900 Full breakfast for two per suite.
0700 - 2300 Hospitality room open for visiting. Beer, Iced Tea & Coffee will be available.
0900 - 1400 Titan Missle Museum and Mineral Discovery Center. The schedule does not include time for lunch, so be sure to have a very good breakfast. Cost $30.00 per person.
OR (select only one)
0930 - 1330 Casino Del Sol. $20.00 per person for bus trip, Lunch is NOT included.
1745 - 2145 The Gaslight Theater ("Arizona Smith and The Relic of Doom".) $30.00 per person, dinner NOT included.
 
Time Thursday, April 18
0630 - 0900 Full breakfast for two per suite.
0700 - 2300 Hospitality room open for visiting. Beer, Iced Tea & Coffee will be available.
0730 - 1400 Our Golf outing was played at Dell Urich Golf Course.

Free time for non-golfers.

Youtube videos of various groups and events during the attendees. These videos are not in chronological order.
1630 - 1800 Business meeting, elect officers and select next reunion location.
1800 - 1945 Buffet Dinner in Meeting Room. Estimated cost $25.00 per person
2000 - ?? Auction.
 
Time Friday, April 19
0700 - 1200 Hospitality room open for visiting. Left over drinks or tidbits & "Good Byes" until the next reunion..
0630 - 0900 Full breakfast for two per suite.
1100 Suite Check out time.
1730 - ??? Post Reunion Night Out. PINNACLE PEAK Steakhouse in Trail Dust Town. A great steak house. For those staying an extra day. Dutch Treat.

Pinnacle Peak Pistoleros Wild West Stunt Show This is one of the other attactions in Trail Dust Town, there are several others.
 
** Due to the value of articles and equipment a volunteer will be needed in the hospitality room at all times it is open...Yes a security watch list will be posted.
