Time Monday, March 28
1200---1800 Registration and pictures.
1200---1800 Beer, Sodas, Coffee, Tea and Continual Buffet.
1800---1815 Brief Orientation Meeting Free time after the Meeting
2300 Meeting room is closed
 
Time Tuesday, March 30
0700---2300 Meeting room open for visiting. You Tube videos added.
0630---0900 Breakfast buffet for hotel guests only, 2 maximum per room.
0830---1730 Board bus to Cape Canaveral for customized tour of NASA's space center, lunch with an astronaut and enjoy a presentation and be able to ask questions. IMAX theater, Museum... a deluxe package.
1730---2300 No group activities, you will be on your own for dinner or visiting in the meeting room. You Tube videos added.
 
Time Wednesday, March 31
0630---0900 Breakfast buffet for hotel guests only, 2 maximum per room.
0700---1700 Meeting room open for visiting.
1030---1530 Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores. Small Attractive mall with restaurants, lunch at your expense. A 15 person minimum is required for free transportation.
1630---1800 Business meeting, elect officers and select next reunion location.
1800---1930 Dinner at host hotel. Menu choices are Prime Rib Au Jus, Herb Roasted Chicken or Broiled White Fish.
1900---1930 Special surprise guest. A 12:13 minute You Tube video clip Minni Pearl part 1.

1930---2200 "White Elephant Auction". Part 1 of a 7:02 minute You Tube video clip taken during the 2010 VW-1 reunion auction. Shows typical flavor of the auctions.

2200---2300 Sea Stories.
 
Time Thursday, April, 1
0630---0900 Breakfast buffet for hotel guests only, 2 maximum per room.
0800---1400 Golf outing, $5.00 per person in a 4-Ball Better Ball format. Golf fee's will be collected during registration.
  For the non-golfers a Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores, touring and shopping "Olde Town" across the street from the hotel, or visiting pool side or the meeting room.
1600---2000 Medieval Times. Transportation provided to this 11th century English castle and village. Cobble stone paths will make it difficult for some people to negotiate but two bars inside the castle are available until the Royal Trumpeters announce the call to the feast... a "utensil free" meal. Then cheer on your knight during the equestrian and medieval show.
2000---2300 After the dinner and show, return to the hotel meeting room to finish the keg of beer and start saying our goodbyes.
 
Time Friday, April, 2
0630---0900 Breakfast buffet for hotel guests only, 2 maximum per room.
0630---1000 Meeting room open for "Good Byes".
1100 Check out time.
 
Time AFTER THE REUNION ENDS
Saturday, April, 3
0630---0900 Several of the reunion attendees stayed an additional day.
