- AEWRON ONE Note 1650 8 June 1966, with enclosures. The purpose of this aewronone note was to establish a
list of officers and men who were authorized to wear the Viet-Nam Service Medal. The officers are listed in

Enclosure #1 covers the time period of 1 October - 31 December. 1966.
Enclosure #2 covers the time period of 1 January - 30 September. 1966.
Enclosure #3 covers the time period of 1 January - 31 December. 1966 for TACAMO.
Many of the pages in the original document are faded and almost illegible. A retyped version is shown
here.
Page 10 begins discussions of VW-1 operating out of Chu Lai or DaNang.
Page 17 begins VW-1's Command History starting January 1 1967 (text starts getting fuzzy looking). January
18 TE-1 and TE-6 begin operating out of Chu Lai. Also discussed on page 32 - 37.
Page 32 tells of VW-1's move (Saturday May 26 1967) from the quonset huts on the West side of NAS Agana's
runway to the hanger on the East side.
Page 44 (the last page) discusses a 30 minute film of VW-1 and its work that was shown on KUAM TV.
