Wednesday May 1st
- 1000 - 1600 Wednesday we had a tour of San Antonio, including the Japanese Gardens, the Old Mission, the Alamo and Riverwalk (bussed).
- 1700 - The evening was free.
Thursday May 2nd
- 0900 - 1100 Business meeting
- 1100 - 1200 Buffet lunch
- 1200 -1300 Auction
- 1900 - Free time to see show of your choice
Friday May 3rd.
- 0730 - 1400 Lackland AFB for the parade and graduation.
- 1800 - 2000 Ranch Bar-B-Q and show with a trained bull
- 1100 - Good byes
- 2000 - 2100 Ice cream social
Saturday May 4th.
- 1100 - Good byes
