- 1st picture from the left: Pilot and Co-pilot on station. Unfortunately their names have been
forgotten.
2nd picture from the left: Air crew members grab a meal before arriving on station. Crew chief preparing
meals for the crew, probably the usual meal of steaks, which was a favorite of many flight crews. Great
cooking..
The 3rd picture from the left: Navigators at work getting the aircraft to the correct location..
The 4th picture from the left: View looking forward, from the isle near ACO #1 position. The CICO's and the
radar technician's position are on the left. The ECM displays are shown on the right side. The Radio (left)
and Navigator (right) positions are shown in the well lighted section.

- 1st picture on left: Looking aft from between the pilots and flight engineer bunks. Several crewmen are
at the forward galley table, while another is seen resting in one of the 4 siesta seats. The short stool in
the aisle of lighted area is used by the navigator to shoot the sun or stars with his sextant. circa
1970
2nd picture from left: ATAN Sells at radioman's position.
3rd. picture from left: Navigator gets aircraft location useing a sextant. The radar camera scope can be
seen at the left, behind the navigator.

2nd picture from left: TE-4's pilot is Lcdr. Ralph Chenoweth, Co-pilot is Lcdr. Robert Bates, TE-4's flight
engineer... sorry but have forgotten his name.
3rd. picture from left: TE-4's flight electrician also worked as a cook for the crew during the long
flights.
4th. picture from left: Al Garza is in the middle of TE-4's weathermen, at the rear chow table hamming it
up.
