All four of us were members of crew 2, TE2 (135756, if my memory is still accurate). The photo was taken in
the Atsugi EM club in January 1957 by the club's photographer. Our plane and crew were on our way back to
Barbers Point after a three month WestPac deployment. Part of the time we had been at Cubi Point and part
of the time at Atsugi. We had just flown up from Cubi and spent several days at Atsugi before we headed for
Barbers Point. Two other members of that WestPac crew 2 were flight engineer Tommy Thomson AD1 and the
legendary "Pappy" Herzing AD1. Pappy was our crew chief.
