Time	Monday, September 22, 2014
1200 - 1830	Registration, pick up information in hospitality room.
1230 - 1500	Luncheon buffet in hospitality room.
1600 - 1800	Dinner buffet in hospitality room.
1800 - 1830	Reunion brief in hospitality room, please attend.
1830 - 1900	Golfers meet in hospitality room with Pete Wasmund & Ralph Link for details on the Golf outing on Thursday.
1900 - 2300	Hospitality room open & free time to socialize.

Time	Tuesday, September 23, 2014
0630 - 1030	Continental breakfast in hotel dining area.
0800 - 1730	Hospitality Room open*
0815 -	Board bus @08:15 for Jamestown Settlement / return at 1:30.
1745 -	Dinner buffet at 6 P.M. for those signed up. For those not signed up , please join us at 7:30 for after the buffet hour.
1930 - 2100	Evening entertainment with William the Conjurer.
2100 - 2300	Meeting room open and free time to socialize.

Time	Wednesday, September,24, 2014
0630 - 1030	Continental breakfast in hotel dining area.
0645 -	Board bus for the Norfolk Victory Rover Naval Base Cruise. Return at 1630.
0900 - 2300	Hospitality room open for socializing*.
	(NOTE: Free Day for those not going to Norfolk. Lunch and dinner on your own.

Time	Thursday, September 25, 2014
0630 - 1030	Continental breakfast in hotel dining area.
0830 -	Board Bus for Yorktown Tour and Tall Ships Tour. Return at 1400. No lunch provided.
1630 - 1815	Business meeting in Hospitality Room. Please attend.
1830 - 2000	Buffet Dinner in Hospitality Room.
2000 - ??	Auction -- please bring your auction item in at 1630 just prior to the business meeting.

Time	Friday, April 19
0630 - 1030	Continental breakfast in hotel dining area.
0900 - 1200	Meeting room open to pick up you memorabilia and saying goodbyes. Till the spring of 2016
